The workshops within the topic of ageing society were a part of a new approach to involve and interact with visitors of the Cube Design Museum. The participants were able to create their own made 85 years old Personas and explore the design thinking and co-creating methodology to find solutions for the upcoming limitation of the ageing society in the future.
The workshop covered various topics, such as the harmful effects of an ageing society. The different generations of the participants helped to define the topic from different perspectives and open up for new solution outcomes for themself or future generations.
The benefit of combining design thinking with co-creation was that the participants could learn from each other, combine different ideas, and learn about behaviours and solutions outcomes that the participants were not consciously aware of. As a result of a shortened feedback loop, the group as a whole generated ideas/ solutions that were richer and more relevant.
